* Watching myself create a Transformational Colour. This means a large colour change and we will ensure it is a service using foils and foil techniques so the team gets the most out of it.

* What to say to a client so you aren’t overstepping your mark

* Zonal toning structure, procedure and standard placements.

* How to create a blend that’s seamless and lived in

* Choosing the right colour for your client

* Retention and how to bring a client back.

* How to always find a maintenance strategy for your client.

* How to achieve the most amount of volume

* Creating a long lasting blowdry

* Talking about business and diving into some fundamentals relevant for both staff/owner to help grow

* In between waiting for the client to process I’m happy to talk some social media skills! (Although I do have a full course based around social media although I do allow a few hours to get through it as it is super content heavy. But if that was something you are interested in we could definitely work something out or even maybe something to think about for future!)
